Meet Julia
After experiencing difficult situations, it’s common to feel stuck, as if the weight of the trauma is holding us down. This loss of control can often manifest in various unhealthy coping mechanisms, such as substance use, perfectionistic tendencies, disordered eating behaviors, isolation, and avoidance. These behaviors may provide temporary relief but ultimately perpetuate the feeling of being trapped. As a therapist, I am here to help you navigate through that pain, guiding you to reclaim your sense of control and power. Together, we can explore the underlying emotions and experiences, working towards a healthier, more resilient you.
